Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day compliance activities, setting clear priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving accountability for timely execution.
  • Identify and assess current and emerging Compliance risks, anticipate their business implications, and develop risk-based strategies and controls that support sustainable business objectives without compromising ethical standards.
  • Provide practical, audience-appropriate training and guidance on compliance requirements, ethical decision-making, and best practices, reinforcing leaders’ responsibility to model ethical behavior.
  • Manage misconduct concerns raised through the Hotline and other reporting channels, ensuring timely, impartial handling and promoting trust, accessibility, and protection against retaliation throughout the organization.
  • Ensure investigations are efficient, effective, thorough, and objective, applying consistent standards and maintaining independence of judgment, including under pressure.
  • Prepare clear, decision-ready reports on compliance activities and communicate findings, risk implications, and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management; constructively challenge decisions that may compromise compliance or integrity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the investigation process, exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, and consistently demonstrate integrity, fairness, and respect.
  • Build cross-functional commitment to Compliance priorities, coach colleagues and project teams, and influence stakeholders across organizational levels to embed ethical conduct into everyday business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven capacity to manage multiple investigations, prioritize according to risk, coordinate resources, and maintain quality and timely delivery.
  • Uncompromising ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to the company’s values, demonstrated through consistent behavior, impartial judgment, accountability, and the courage to raise concerns and challenge inappropriate practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect emerging risks, business context, and long-term objectives and turn complex information into practical, risk-based decisions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative, productive relationships, setting clear expectations, coaching others, and influencing stakeholders with and without formal authority.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and sound judgment, with the ability to advise senior management, navigate ambiguity, and balance competing priorities while maintaining independence and ethical standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, including travel on short notice as needed to support investigations and business requirements
