Residential & Airbnb Cleaning Specialist

All I Do Is Junk & Co. is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing residential and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning team. We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and can work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards. ### Key Responsibilities - Perform residential and Airbnb cleaning services. - Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. - Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain all assigned spaces. - Change linens, make beds, and assist with laundry when required. - Restock supplies and prepare properties for guest arrivals. - Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards. - Report maintenance concerns or property damage. - Work independently or alongside other team members. - Complete assigned cleanings within scheduled timeframes. ### Qualifications - Previous professional cleaning experience preferred. - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, standing, lifting, and walking throughout shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Willingness to travel between assigned properties throughout Metro Detroit. ### What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay. - $1.00 hourly raise after 120 days based on satisfactory performance. - Paid training. - Flexible part-time scheduling based on business needs. - Opportunities for advancement. - Supportive and professional work environment.
