Construction Cleaning Technician

Clean Dreams LLC is hiring Construction Cleaning Technicians for a long-term school construction project in the Huron Valley / western Oakland County area. Team members will perform detailed post-construction and final cleaning in an active commercial construction environment. Work may include removal of construction dust and debris, cleaning floors, walls, doors, frames, fixtures, restrooms, glass, windows, casework and other building surfaces; vacuuming, mopping and floor-detail work; adhesive and label removal; touch-up cleaning; and preparation of completed areas for inspection and turnover. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working as part of a professional construction cleaning team. Previous commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, custodial, floor-care or general labor experience is preferred, but qualified entry-level candidates will also be considered. Position requirements include: - Reliable transportation to the Huron Valley / Oakland County project area - Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting and repetitive tasks - Ability to follow jobsite safety requirements and supervisor direction - Dependable attendance and professional conduct - Must be eligible for W-2 employment - Employment/site access is contingent upon required school-site background screening - Ability to work around active construction operations and various building trades Compensation: $18.00--$22.00 per hour based on experience and assignment. Certain designated project assignments may be subject to applicable prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements. Applicable rates will be communicated before assignment.
