Full job description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Validates and manages the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms
-
Evaluates subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinates with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays

Prepares and maintains comprehensive reports on expedited maritime actions and oversees audit readiness

Manages and coordinates the rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve

Validates the accuracy of expedited shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal

Coordinates via Technical Status Meetings to identify and resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain

Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
-
10+ years of position-relevant experience
-
Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and OCONUS maritime operations
Desired Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in a related field
-
12+ years of position-relevant experience
-
Professional certification such as a PMP or specialized logistics credential
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess active Public Trust clearance
Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
