  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, product performance, and overall profitability by customer, channel, and market.

  • Support executive and board-level reporting by developing schedules, analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for leadership review.

  • Work alongside accounting during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to validate results, explain material changes, and provide audit support.

  • Enhance reporting and planning processes within Workday Adaptive, ensuring financial data remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with information recorded in NetSuite. Requirements • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a corporate finance environment.

  • Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to connect income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts.

  • Proven ability to perform variance analysis and translate complex financial results into clear business insights.

  • Proficiency with ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and executive requests.

  • Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday Adaptive for planning, forecasting, or reporting activities.
