Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Own project timelines, critical milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across the development process.

  • Maintain clear visibility into project status, key decisions, dependencies, and risks, proactively driving resolution and escalating issues when needed.

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and relevant cross-functional teams to assess the timing, inventory, cost, and production implications of development changes and ensure the business is prepared for implementation.

  • Support product readiness by coordinating relevant product information, formula dossiers, usage instructions, FAQs, and training materials for Product Marketing, Education, Design, Creative, Commercial, and CX partners.
