What We're Looking For: -Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF, or a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in wireless, RF, electronics, IT/networking, or military communications. -A working foundation in RF, wireless, or electrical concepts and a strong willingness to learn in-building DAS (we train the specifics). -Comfort with computers and basic IP networking. -Reliability, curiosity, and clear communication you take feedback well and learn fast. -Valid driver's license, willingness to travel to project sites, and ability to work in active construction and at-height environments as required. What We'll Train You On: -iBwave design and RF prediction workflows. -Carrier in-building processes: signal-source intake, submittal, approval, and ATP. -DAS commissioning, integration, and field troubleshooting. -Network monitoring (SNMP, InterMapper) and the systems that support it. Nice to Have: -Any exposure to DAS, RF, telecom, tower work, or two-way / military communications. -Familiarity with iBwave, SNMP, or Linux. -A military communications, field-technician, or electronics background. -Healthcare or large-venue project experience. What We Offer: -Competitive compensation $60k-$85K -Health, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; retirement contributions. -Structured training and mentorship from senior engineers, with a clear growth path to Senior RF / DAS Engineer.
