As a Systems Administrator, you will help maintain and evolve our Windows-based infrastructure while develop ing hands-on experience with PowerShell automation, system hardening, and security operations in a structured, DoD-aligned environment. You will work alongside senior engineers and IT leadership to administer core Windows services, build automation solutions, and support the reliability and security of enterprise systems. You Have: - Experience administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy - Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, system management, and reporting - Experience supporting patch management, software deployment, and system hardening activities - Experience with endpoint security practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities - Knowledge of core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and VLANs - Ability to follow through on issues to resolution, troubleshoot, and pay strict attention to detail - Ability to document configurations, procedures, and runbooks - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance - HS diploma or GED - DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, including CompTIA Security+ CE Nice If You Have: - Experience with Omnissa Horizon VDI environments including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructures to ensure optimal performance for users - Experience with Microsoft Azure - Azure AD or Entra ID, Azure Virtual Machines, or Azure resource administration - Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline concepts, or infrastructure-as-code - Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, or vulnerability scanning solutions - Experience with Agile team workflows and ceremonies - Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information . Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
