Full job description

Lake County Abstract/Fidelity Title Agency is seeking an experienced full time Escrow Officer. Job Duties include: -Manage and organize escrow closings, verify documents, obtain payoffs, make deposits and disburse funds -Communicate with all parties to include banks, attorneys, and real estate professionals. -Able to multitask, communicate well, be a self starter -Work well in a team environment and possess strong customer service skills and observe confidentiality This is a full time position 8-5 Monday to Friday, with Holidays off.
