Job Code: 2026-FOR-WRAP-FACILITATOR-10.9 County: Forrest City: Hattiesburg FT/PT Status: Regular Full Time Education: Bachelor's Degree Summary: Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has an immediate opening for WRAP Around Facilitator for the Wayne, Jones, and Forrest Counties. The WRAP Around Facilitator is a full-time position, M-F 8a-5p with some night/weekends in relation to community outreach events or TBRI Parent/Caregiver Trainings. On-Call rotation responsibilities for after-hours crisis response. The purpose of the WRAP Around Facilitator position is to facilitate the creation of a child and family team for the purpose of developing a single plan of care to address the needs of children and youth with complex mental health challenges and their families. WRAP Around Facilitators must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the person served; demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to access data reflective of the individual status in an effort to interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each individual's requirements relative to their age specific needs; and to provide the care needed as required by DMH and PBMHR standards. Our eighteen-county service area includes Amite, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jeff Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Marion, Pear River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall and Wayne Requirements: Bachelor's degree in behavioral healthcare required Certification required within 90 days of hire by MDMH and MDOM Must possess a valid Mississippi Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record Reliable transportation needed for work in the community Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal settings Independent work ability and time management skills Knowledge of or readiness to learn strength oriented wrap-around service model Responsibilities: Facilitation the Wraparound process for children and youth with complex behavioral health needs and their families.
