-
Asset Tracking & Controls: Coordinate the annual fixed asset audit and reconciliation exercise across designated lab and development sites.
-
Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, company policies, and SOX compliance standards across all managed cost centers.
Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects
-
Decision Support: Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis on business initiatives, contract spend, and project investments as directed by the Business Unit Controller.
-
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve financial data integrity, reporting efficiency, and cross-functional handoffs.
Job Level Criteria (Scope & Autonomy)
-
Knowledge & Scope: Applies developing professional expertise and company policies/procedures to resolve a variety of routine and non-routine business issues.
-
Complexity & Problem-Solving: Analyzes problems of moderate scope where evaluating multiple operational factors and data sources is required. Exercises sound judgment within established guidelines to determine appropriate action.
-
Autonomy & Direction: Executes standard, recurring workflows independently; receives general guidance and objectives on new, multi-faceted assignments.
-
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Builds productive working relationships across global teams (operations, marketing, engineering, corporate accounting).
