Full job description

In this position you will be responsible for the following: • Planning, organizing and directing the daily activities of a complex Work Training Center.

  • Production, purchasing, financial, distribution, safety operations, and local business partner relationships.

  • Providing job readiness training services in order to prepare and assist eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment.

  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, business administration or the behavioral sciences or a related field and four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience.

  • Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year-for-year basis.

  • Prefer at least two years of supervisory experience.
