Full job description
Our team provides care and services to individuals who are preparing for work. Our consumers’ needs can range from independent with their ADL’s to needing assistance with all ADL’s. The charge nurse will provide leadership and direction to nursing personnel as well as provide direct care to consumers. Under direct supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, the charge nurse is responsible for supervision of the assigned shift and ensures that all shift tasks are completed.
Daily tasks can include
- Assess and provides daily nursing care for consumers
- Administers medications per orders and document
- Maintains documentation as needed
- Performs nursing procedures and treatments based on the needs of the consumer
- Maintain open communications with other staff
- Maintain DHEC and OSHA Standards
- Transcription of MD orders
- Serves as a health care resource person and educator to the consumers
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
Second Shift position: Sunday-Thursday, 3:45 pm to 12:15 am
Shift Differentials: $1.25 an hour on nights $6.25 an hour on weekendsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as RN by SC Board of Nursing. Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly. (1 position available)

Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.2 years of general nursing experience preferred.
