Under the supervision of the Director of Consumer Services, this position will be responsible for the following:• Process and review all revolving fund and procurement requests for accuracy and documentation. • All revolving fund and procurement requests will be processed in the order they are received and within 3 business days of receipt; time sensitive or emergency situations may take precedent. Notify the Director of Consumer Services of any delays exceeding the 3 business days.

Review case note documentation for direct contact within 5 business days for revolving funds and 10 business days for procurement requests.

Ensure all documents, codes, and required forms are completed correctly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Follow up with requestors immediately if additional information or documentation is needed.

Procure, order, and process invoices for multi-vendor payers.• Send approved purchase orders and order confirmations to the requestor and/or appropriate staff member (s) within 3 business days of the request being submitted.

Verify invoice for accuracy and receipt of goods, prior to processing for payment.

Assist Lead Consumer Services Procurement Specialist with reviewing Standard Operating Procedures for revolving funds, purchase orders, and processing invoices, as needed. • Review Standard Operating Procedures annually, or sooner if needed, to ensure alignment with agency, state, and federal requirements and maintain accuracy.

Respond to procurement requests by referencing policy, SOPs, memos, and other related sources within 3 business days of request being submitted..

Notify Lead Consumer Services Procurement Specialist and Director of Consumer Services of trends to ensure process improvements and training occurs.

Process requests that Consumer Services receives from I.T. • All help desk requests, routed to Consumer Services, will be reviewed, properly documented, and completed within 3 business days of receipt.

The Director of Consumer Services and Lead Consumer Services Procurement Specialist will be made aware of trends related to submissions to the help desk.

Conduct SSI/SSDI/SSN/DOB verifications as needed.

Perform all other duties as assigned. • Enter caseload production goals into Caseload Maintenance Program as requested by Chief of Staff, Director of Consumer Services, and Director of Field Operations.

Additional assignments are to be completed accurately and on time.

Provide team coverage for team absences or vacancies.

High School diploma and three years of fiscal/procurement related clerical experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you. Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.• One year of SCVRD experience is preferred.
