Full job description
Work IQ is the intelligence layer for Copilot and agents. Product strategy and roadmap: Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for developer experiences across Business Applications in Work IQ and Dataverse. Own the business outcomes: active usage, consumption growth and revenue. Persona paths and protocols: For each persona (pro developers, ISVs, makers, coding agents and third-party agents), decide whether they build directly on Dataverse or connect through Work IQ protocols. Build reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off fixes. Developer ecosystem insight: Track how the pro developer ecosystem is evolving, including coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Codex, and agent frameworks. Combine hands-on evaluation, developer research and product data to decide where Dataverse and Work IQ should integrate and invest next. Trust and governance: Make sure customers can trust agents with their business data, through clear admin controls, security and compliance. Cross-team leadership: Deliver with engineering, the core Dataverse platform team, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform product teams, and Work IQ and Copilot product groups. Bring capabilities to market with marketing, sales and the field, and represent the developer roadmap to customers, partners and senior leaders. Developer scorecard and tradeoffs: Own the developer scorecard, from first build to production deployment, repeat usage and paid growth. Use it to decide which tools and protocols to invest in, standardize or retire. Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Track record of leading strategy for enterprise platform or developer products, from concept to growth. Deep understanding of AI agents and agent protocols such as MCP and A2A, and how they apply to business applications. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and evolving customer needs. Extensive experience in analytics, experimentation and data storytelling that leads to action. Growth mindset and conviction to do the right thing for users, with excellent communication and leadership skills across teams. Experience with B2B SaaS product management for external customers, including enterprise data security or governance. Deep familiarity with the pro developer and coding-agent ecosystem, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Codex, with hands-on experience building with these tools. Experience working with partners or developer communities. Experience with AI agents, including the product and safety considerations when agents act on business data. Ability to make sound product decisions and keep momentum while requirements and ownership are still being defined.
