Position: Experienced CNC Machinist Type: Temp to Hire Pay: Competitive, based on experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday - 7:00 am -3:30 pm Location: Moon Twp, PA We're hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and program CNC machines. Ideal for someone skilled in 3-axis, 5-axis, Mastercam, and SURFCAM with strong attention to detail. What You'll Do 1. Set up, program, and run CNC machines 2. Program/edit toolpaths in Mastercam & SURFCAM 3. Read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings 4. Perform quality checks and first-piece inspections 5. Select tooling, speeds, and feeds 6. Maintain a clean, safe work area What We're Looking For 1. 3+ years of CNC machining experience 2. Strong setup & operation skills 3. Proficient in Mastercam and/or SURFCAM 4. Able to read complex prints and use precision measuring tools 5. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Nice to Have 1. Fixture setup experience 2. CAM optimization knowledge 3. Experience with tight-tolerance or specialty materials
