Working closely with the CMO and cross-functional marketing leadership, this person will bring an outside-in perspective, fresh thinking, and an entrepreneurial approach to building brand heat, relevance, and advocacy.
The immediate focus will be an upcoming launch, alongside longer-term brand-first opportunities.

Develop and help activate an earned-first cultural amplification strategy that extends the launch beyond traditional product marketing.
-
Identify unexpected creators, talent, cultural partners, and communities that can bring the campaign to life in distinctive ways.

-
Lead press strategy in partnership with external agency partners
-
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Influencer, PR, Social, and Creative teams to integrate opportunities into the broader launch plan.
-
Creator & Cultural Ecosystem
-
Help build Glossier's approach to creators and influencers beyond transactional partnerships toward meaningful, sustained brand relationships.
-
Identify emerging cultural voices and tastemakers across beauty, fashion, art, music, lifestyle, and adjacent communities.
-
Develop opportunities for creator-led storytelling, organic advocacy, and innovative collaborations that reinforce Glossier's unique place in culture.
-
Partner with the existing influencer team to elevate strategic thinking and unlock new opportunities.
-

Develop compelling ideas for cultural collaborations, community initiatives, and brand platforms that deepen emotional connection with consumers.
