Job Description

Montana Ski Tuning & Boot Fitting is hiring Ski Boot Fitting Technicians and Ski Tuning Technicians for the upcoming winter season.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy skiing, snowboarding, working with customers, and being part of a team. Experience in either ski boot fitting or ski tuning and mounting is welcome.

Position Details

40 hours per week
Schedule generally Wednesday–Monday
Weekend and holiday availability required
Peak-season shifts may extend until 8–10 PM
Immediate start available

Qualifications

Experience in ski boot fitting or ski tuning and mounting
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to take direction and work well with a team
Interest in skiing, snowboarding, and the ski industry

Compensation & Benefits

$21–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Unlimited Bridger Bowl ski pass
Employee discounts on store gear
Schedule that allows time for skiing and recreation
