WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are hiring for a Lead Product Line Manager for Jordan Energy Apparel. This team seeks connections, serves & collaborates with the most creative and future forward communities and partners for the right moments to create the future of the Brand.

You will partner closely with Design, Development, and Merchandising, Marketplace and Brand to bring product to market aligned to strategy, consumer insights, and commercialization plans.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An ideal Lead PLM is a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and phenomenal attention to detail. You will need strong organizational skills, a drive for crafting outstanding products and the ability to learn, adapt, and lead quickly. A passion for serving our consumers is a requirement!

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • 6+ years of relevant apparel product creation, merchandising, or related field experience in a comparable brand or industry

  • Experience managing apparel product line through the seasonal product creation process

  • Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or informally leading others

  • Strong working knowledge of the apparel product creation lifecycle

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Solid consumer and marketplace awareness, across sport and/or lifestyle

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to create clarity, facilitate discussions, and translate complex information into actionable direction for cross-functional partners

  • Growing leadership capability – able to influence partner and contribute meaningfully within the triad

  • Strong business fundamentals, including retail math and analytical proficiency

  • Preferred proficiency with tools such as Excel, Keynote and Miro

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As part of the Jordan Global Energy team, you will drive the creation and amplification of the Jordan Brand vision and strategy through apparel. You are someone who can suggest innovative, imaginative, and resourceful ways to solve problems, overcome obstacles and take Jordan Brand into new territory. In this role, you will be able to challenge outdated rules, the status quo, and traditional thinking to accelerate our distinction within the energy industry.

As a subject matter expert in the apparel creation, you will help guide your cross-functional teammates through ambiguity with organization and strong communication skills. This role will own and drive the end-to-end execution of defined apparel product lines across the seasonal calendar, translating strategy and direction into high-quality, on-time product delivery. You will operate with autonomy across complex workstreams while continuing to build depth, judgment, and influence. Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external partners to maintain alignment and momentum.
