Portfolio & Solutions Product Marketing Manager Description - Global Office Print Product Marketing Manager: Portfolio Solutions & Services Lead

This role owns the end-to-end marketing launch of HP’s Enterprise and SMB print services and solutions, connecting portfolio strategy, customer insights, go-to-market planning, storytelling, and cross-functional execution into a cohesive market approach. The Cross-Portfolio Solutions & Services Lead brings together customer, market, competitive, and product insights to create an integrated go-to-market approach that connects hardware, services, and solutions into one clear HP value story.

About the Role In this role, you will shape how HP brings its Enterprise and SMB print services & solutions to market by translating complex technology, customer needs, and portfolio priorities into clear launch strategies and compelling narratives. You will work across product, category, sales, and market teams to ensure every launch is connected, well-positioned, and ready for execution across segments and channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, insight-driven marketer who can connect the dots across hardware, services, and solutions; simplify complex portfolio messages; and influence cross-functional teams through clarity, collaboration, and strong business judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio-level strategy across Enterprise and SMB services & solutions to ensure business priorities, launch plans, audience needs, and customer narratives are aligned across the portfolio.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and launch readiness for new products, services, and solutions, ensuring cross-functional teams are equipped to execute with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
  • Connect Enterprise and SMB solutions & services offerings into a cohesive portfolio story that demonstrates how HP’s ecosystem works together to solve customer needs.
  • Apply customer, market, competitive, and portfolio insights to inform launch strategy, roadmap alignment, segmentation, messaging, and cross-portfolio decision-making.
  • Partner closely with product, category, sales, and market teams across the NPI lifecycle to align strategy, timing, content, enablement, and execution across segments and channels.
  • Develop launch frameworks, enablement direction, and storytelling guidance that help internal teams simplify complex portfolio messages and support Enterprise and SMB growth.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation, improve launch effectiveness, and create clearer connections between HP’s products, services, and solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic connector across teams, helping translate portfolio priorities into actionable plans, compelling narratives, and field-ready materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, go-to-market planning, or a related strategic marketing function.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products, services, and technology solutions into clear customer value propositions and differentiated messaging.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including product, category, sales, and market marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise, SMB, or technology solution buyer needs, with the ability to connect market insights to business strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and create executive-ready narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive alignment across teams, and move work forward in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with print, PC, workplace technology, managed services, software, AI, security, or cloud-connected solutions.
  • Familiarity with NPI processes, launch readiness frameworks, sales enablement, and portfolio-level storytelling.
  • Ability to synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, roadmap inputs, and business objectives into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization and influencing without direct authority.

Salary: The pay range for this role is 110,300.00 - 159,950.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
