You will work closely with our production team to meet quality standards and maintain our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Pull bags and prepare them for packaging according to customer orders. - Fill pallets with packaged materials based on order specifications. - Conduct quality testing on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. - Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. - Read and interpret order specifications accurately. - Perform computer entry for order tracking and inventory management. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. - Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Details: There are two 12-hour shifts, rotating on a 2/2/3 schedule, 7am-7pm or 7pm to 7am, any day of the week including weekends. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour. Weekly hours range from 36 to 48 hours, depending on schedule. Mandatory overtime. Qualifications: Must have a HS diploma/equivalent. No experience is necessary, company will train.
