Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine, internal medicine or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.

Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and promote team support.

24-hour physician coverage model with 12 or 24-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide care to approximately 9,000 patients each year at The Medical Center at Scottsville, a critical access hospital with a 7-bed emergency department.

Deliver timely, high-quality emergency care backed by Stroke Ready, Heart Ready, and STEMI Ready certifications.
