About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist with more than 10 years of contract lifecycle management experience, including at least five years of hands-on experience with the Ironclad CLM platform. The successful candidate will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, mitigate contractual risks, and optimize processes using Ironclad’s workflow, repository, AI, reporting, and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of contract lifecycle management processes within Ironclad CLM, with a focus on reducing cycle times, improving user adoption, and enabling self-service contracting.

Partner with legal, procurement, sales, finance, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflows, launch forms, conditional logic, contract templates, clause libraries, approval routing, signer configurations, and handoffs.

Configure and manage the Ironclad Dynamic Repository, including metadata, record types, Smart Import of legacy contracts, access controls, obligation tracking, renewals, and contract-performance monitoring.

Design and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, NetSuite, DocuSign, Ironclad Signature, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, using Ironclad APIs and webhooks where required.

Leverage Ironclad AI capabilities, including AI Assist, AI-powered redlining, playbooks, and clause extraction, and administer Ironclad Clickwrap to improve contract review, negotiation, and high-volume agreement execution.

Serve as the Ironclad subject matter expert by providing user training and administrative support, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating contract risks, and developing reports and dashboards that measure trends, cycle times, obligations, and performance.

At least 10 years of contract management experience, with a strong understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance, obligations, and renewals.

Minimum of five years of hands-on experience implementing and administering Ironclad CLM, including workflow design, repository configuration, reporting, and integrations.

Experience integrating CLM platforms with CRM, ERP, HRIS, and e-signature systems. Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks is preferred.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional CLM initiatives, system implementations, migrations, and process-improvement programs.

Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across legal, procurement, sales, finance, operations, and technical teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex contract data, identify risks, and generate actionable business insights.

Strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy, quality, compliance, and effective contract management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
