Full job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Bedford County, PA . This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused team while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Job Details

  • Coverage Area: Bedford County, PA

  • Contract Dates: Three to Six month contract, possibility of an extension

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends

  • Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, milage reimbursement

Responsibilities

  • Complete home health nursing visits throughout Bedford County

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately

  • Monitor patient conditions and identify changes in health status

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers

  • Perform skilled nursing services, including wound care and IV-related care as needed

Requirements

  • Active RN license

  • Home Health experience preferred

  • Ability to manage patient visits independently

  • Reliable transportation for local travel

  • Strong assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Wound VAC experience

  • IV therapy experience

  • Chemo disconnect experience

  • Strong general assessment skills

Additional Information

  • Required Certification: Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Dress Code: Black or Royal Blue scrubs

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
