The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, fraud detection expertise, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Responsibilities:

-
Document investigations, decisions, and supporting evidence clearly to maintain accurate records and improve fraud prevention efforts over time.
-
Support fraud review coverage during evening and weekend hours to help ensure timely action on urgent transactions and risk events
Requirements • Experience in fraud analysis, fraud investigation, or transaction risk review within an eCommerce or retail setting.
-
Working knowledge of card fraud, credit card abuse patterns, and common indicators of suspicious online purchasing activity.
-
Ability to interpret order data, customer information, and transaction behavior to identify potential fraud quickly and accurately.
-
Familiarity with order management processes and the operational impact of fraud decisions on fulfillment and customer experience.
-
Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment when handling high-volume queues and time-sensitive reviews.
