Full job description
Sales Solutionists Connect, consult, and close. We need charismatic, goal-oriented individuals who love building relationships and solving problems for customers. - What Youll Do: Youll receive inbound opportunities from our marketing and call center, but youre expected to actively build your own pipeline through cultivating lead prospects, canvassing, referral generation etc. You will follow up on leads, conduct estimates, and close deals. - What We Look For: Excellent communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a track record of hitting targets. (Experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude!) - Perks: Initial limited base pay period until full commission structure (10% of all sales), comprehensive sales and technical training, and high earning potential.
