Weld Technician

Job Title: Weld Technician Location: Pataskala, OH Schedule: 1^st^ Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (Occasional OT on Fridays 6am-2:30pm) 2^nd^ Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:15m-2:45am (Occasional OT on Fridays 2:15pm-10:45pm) - (2) 15 min paid breaks and (1) 30 min unpaid lunch Pay: $20.50/hr (*10% Shift Differential=$22.55/hr) Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Pataskala, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team to meet production goals. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude. You will work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to help manufacture high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Follow work instructions and safety procedures - Support production operations to meet daily goals - Operate tools, equipment, and production machinery safely - Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards - Work both independently and as part of a team - Identify opportunities for process improvement - Follow company policies and safety guidelines - Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
