-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and build relationships with business partners.
-
Strong problem-solving and insight-generation skills, with the curiosity to look beyond the data to the underlying business question.
-
Project management skills, including planning, timeline tracking, and prioritization across multiple workstreams.
-
Technical and data skills, including fluency in Python and SQL; understanding of databases and how data is structured and used in modeling, including relational and non-relational databases such as Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, SAS-Grid, and Starburst; and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, and ThoughtSpot.
