Job Overview:

Capital Hot Tubs is seeking a dynamic, reliable, and hands-on Delivery Lead to spearhead our field delivery and installation operations. In this role, you will be the point person on-site, managing the daily team workflow to ensure the safe, professional, and timely delivery of hot tubs, swim spas, and luxury backyard products. This position requires strong leadership skills, heavy physical stamina, and a customer-first attitude to deliver a seamless, five-star installation experience.

Compensation Range: $26.00 - $28.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with the Delivery Coordinator to review site inspections, customer notes, and specialized equipment needs.

• Safely load, transport, deliver, and install hot tubs, swim spas, and backyard accessories.

• Manage the daily workload of the field delivery team, ensuring high efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

• Partner with the Warehouse Manager and District Manager to delegate and complete tasks for warehouse and lot organization, cleanliness, and maintenance.

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining delivery trucks, trailers, and equipment in peak condition.

• Provide professional, courteous communication with homeowners during delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and strictly enforce DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history.

• Prior experience in delivery, field logistics, moving operations, or warehouse settings preferred.

• Familiarity with basic hand/power tools and mechanical installation procedures; forklift experience is a plus (not required).

• Strong team leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver objects weighing 50–100+ lbs safely using specialized team equipment.

• Continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing in/out of large delivery vehicles and trailers.

• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

• Normal functional use of vision, hearing, and verbal communication.
