Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst Lead to oversee analysis of multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized targeting products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities of this role include:

Leading the integration and analysis of disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt;

Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings;

Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;

Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;

Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps;

Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting targeting requirements

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
-
Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
-
12+ years of relevant experience;
-
Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle;

Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products;
-
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
-
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;

Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline;
-
Experience supporting national-level customers;
-
Experience working in the customer’s operational environment;

Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop targeting products;

Experience in a team lead or similar role

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
