Full job description
BayCare is looking for its newest IV Team, RN in Plant City, FL. The IV Team Registered Nurse cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization. Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Education:

Required Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience:
- Required 1 year acute care experience or 1 year interventional / procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care or interventional / procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment

Location: South Florida Baptist Hospital
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Shift: Shift 1
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
