Your Key Responsibilities

Identify and set framework conditions for programming and editing, calculate and define key features.

Create geometry data for complex work pieces using drawings or engineering specifications.

Perform CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) tasks related to NC programming, including description of geometry and technology, creation of tool plans and definition of machining process sequences.

Design, optimize, and test-run functionality of respective programs, and define order sequences, machining tools and cutting data.

Set up the CNC machining centers, and support Operators on CNC machines to operate/parametrize the programs effectively.

Perform manufacturing processes according to process plan.

Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues

Document required data per control plan and quality database.
Your Qualifications

Associate's Degree or High school Diploma with demonstrated experience

Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment

Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers

Experience with print reading and geometric tolerances
