Full job description
Groundsman I (Humboldt, TN) - 4 Full Time Employees Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. In the slower season, worker will inventory supplies , clean and maintain equipment. MULTIPLE OPEN POSITIONS AVAILABLE** $30,264.00 per year. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Some overtime and weekends required. 8 hour workday. The employer will provide free tools and equipment. The employer will provide free round-trip transport to client sites and back from the employers main office address. Required daily travel to various job sites located in Gibson and Madison counties in Tennessee.
