Full job description

Why Join Ivo? Contracts are the oldest business technology in human history. They allow us to collaborate: they define what we promise each other, how we work together, and what happens when things go wrong.

Ivo builds AI products that helps companies like Meta, Uber, IBM, Intel, DoorDash, Mitsubishi Electric, and Coinbase solve their most difficult contracting problems. We think that large language models have created an opportunity to fundamentally change how businesses collaborate with each other.

At Ivo you will work on challenging problems with colleagues who have high standards for each other, move fast, and care deeply about their craft. The Opportunity Our largest and most strategic clients are undergoing significant organizational transformations and Ivo’s technology sits at the center of these transformations. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for helping our clients to promote deep adoption of Ivo’s contract management platform and drive change across the organization. You’ll work with multiple leaders within these businesses, as well as individual users in Ivo's biggest clients, with a deep focus on the Fortune 500 (including logos such as Meta, DoorDash, Intel, Uber, IBM, Atlassian and Mitsubishi, amongst others).

This role provides an opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals who want to be thought partners for large organizations looking to drive real change. This role is more than just an ordinary post-sales support role - you’ll be responsible for owning and driving transformation within Ivo’s most strategic accounts. You may not always have a roadmap for this - you’ll need to be resourceful, creative, bold and willing to adapt or pivot quickly to meet the needs of our clients.

What you’ll do

  • Drive adoption: Build tailored and bespoke adoption plans across multiple business units and teams for our largest and most complex clients, to ensure the success of Ivo within these organizations. You’ll design, plan and facilitate onsite enablement sessions and design learning and engagement sessions for users.

  • Understand our clients’ challenges: As an Engagement Manager, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face and be responsible for creating strategies to help solve these challenges. You’ll need to be deeply curious about our clients’ businesses

  • Design solutions and workflows: Ivo is building solutions for clients that they have historically never been able to resolve. You’ll be responsible for designing, testing and implementing these solutions for our clients, in partnership with our legal engineers and deployment team.

  • Act as strategic transformation advisor: Ivo’s products are central to the AI transformation journey for our strategic clients. You’ll work closely with operational leaders at our clients to help them construct and execute on their transformation strategy, helping them to drive change from within the business.

  • Influence product roadmap decisions: You’ll be the voice of our clients within the Ivo product team, working closely with product leadership to ensure Ivo’s product roadmap reflects the strategic direction of our clients.

Skills you’ll need to bring

  • 4+ years of experience in top tier management consulting firms, law firms or investment banks.

  • Demonstrable experience driving change and transformation in large, complex organizations.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal and confidence presenting to and communicating with executive decision-makers and teams.

  • Ability to lead with empathy for the challenges that our clients face and a solutions mindset to help them evolve their businesses in a significant moment of change.

  • Strong program management skills, with experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholder teams.

  • Strong partner mindset and experience building deep trust with clients - you know when to listen and how to act upon the data and information you receive.

Ivo might be a good fit for you if you:

  • Have a "do what it takes" attitude. You're willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself, you won't have anyone to delegate to.

  • Would describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful.

  • Have a strong internal sense of urgency, with a bias toward doing things today rather than tomorrow.

  • Are excited about the adventure of building a company!

What we offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Final offer details are determined based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.

  • Equity: Meaningful ownership in a company that's scaling fast

  • Relocation and Visa Support: We also offer relocation assistance for successful applicants moving to SF, as well as support for visa and green card applications where applicable.

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to suit the needs of you and your family.

  • Flexible Spending & Insurance: Access to HSA and FSA accounts, plus life insurance coverage.

  • 401(k) Program: Save for the future with our 401(k) program.

  • Commuter Benefits: We help make getting to and from the office easier and more convenient.

  • Unlimited PTO: So you can take the time you need to recharge, stay healthy, and bring your best self to work.
