Position Summary Supports the general maintenance and operational tasks of keeping facilities and equipment operating smoothly.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Performs general cleaning and maintenance of facilities, trucks, and trailers.
  • Drives trucks and trailers to and from yards for routine maintenance.
  • Cleans and maintains shop areas not covered under the janitorial contract.
  • Schedules and picks up ordered parts and supplies.
  • Maintains and tracks inventory records and conducts regular inventory checks.
  • Supports the distribution of supplies and equipment to various departments.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with business partners in scheduling routine maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Working knowledge in basic repairs.
