Position Highlights:

• Optum Clinic Locations: Coachella Valley

• Complete senior wellness visits at company-owned outpatient facilities and independently contracted physician offices, as well as some home/custodial visits

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends, no call time)

• Average Daily Patient Census: Up to 16 patients per day (10-12 patients per day on average)

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant PA or ability to attain before start

• Unrestricted California License or ability to attain prior to starting

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $125,000 - $175,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
