Full job description

Job Duties

  • Utilize outbound calls, emailing, and text messaging to collect on commercial debt (B2B.)

  • Meet or exceed monthly goals, quality expectations, and account standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of communications with merchants and account activity.

  • Identify business and contact details of commercial accounts through skip tracing activities.

  • Request and review commercial bank statements from merchants in attempt to identify payment processors to submit lien enforcement on as applicable.

  • Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines dealing with debt collection.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

  • 1-2 Years of Collection experience or Cold Calling

  • Call Center or Office Administrative experience is preferred

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in office
