As a Moveworks Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple concurrent Moveworks engagements - including new implementations, use case expansions, and platform optimization efforts - across scope, budget, resourcing, timeline, and risk management, with accountability for overall account health and delivery quality.

  • Serving as the primary client relationship lead at the account and program level, building trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Information Security, including Director and VP-level sponsors.

  • Managing and developing teams of Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants through day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, staffing decisions, and career development guidance.

  • Driving practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, scoping and pricing exercises, client presentations, methodology refinement, and knowledge sharing across the ServiceNow/Moveworks team.

  • Supporting go-to-market activities and thought leadership in ServiceNow/Moveworks/ServiceNow strategy, alliances, generative AI, and agentic AI-enabled employee experience transformation.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
