Full job description
Lined Out Flooring is a growing flooring company based in Fenton, Michigan. We are looking for experienced flooring installers who can produce quality work independently. We are especially interested in installers capable of leading helpers or running a crew. Relevant experience may include LVP, laminate, glue-down vinyl, carpet tile, hardwood installation, sanding and refinishing, carpet, or tile. Experience in multiple flooring types is valuable, but we are also interested in specialists who are highly skilled in one area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inspect and prepare subfloors for installation • Measure, lay out, cut, and install flooring accurately • Install trim, transitions, and related finishing materials • Identify problems and communicate jobsite needs • Operate flooring tools and equipment safely • Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites • Protect customers' homes and property • Work independently or lead and train laborers and apprentices • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
