Full job description

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next. About the Role We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded Demand Partnerships Lead to manage and grow Netflix's demand partnerships across the US and Canada. This person will own the day-to-day management of our DSP partners to expand our programmatic footprint. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ad tech, with hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising and a track record of owning revenue-driving partner relationships. This role blends commercial execution with analytical thinking to build and sustain partnerships that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing management of Netflix's current DSP partners in UCAN - serving as the primary point of contact, driving partner strategy and performance, and deepening the relationship over time.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans with partners and manage the financial performance of commercialization and go-to-market efforts; contribute to ROI models; track spend and returns; and ensure initiatives are structured for sustainable value creation.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and secure long-term partnership commitments, acting as a senior advisor to internal sales teams on DSP capabilities and best practices.
  • Build business cases for new opportunities, incorporating strategic fit, cost-benefit analysis, and growth potential.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless partnership execution and alignment with regional strategy.
  • Own performance reporting and trend analysis across DSP partnerships, using data-driven insights to guide investment decisions, performance optimization, and renewal strategies.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new demand-side partnerships leveraging market relationships to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying whitespace opportunities to proactively evaluate new partnerships.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on regional DSP partnerships, supporting and educating internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, digital media, ad tech, or data strategy, with proven expertise in commercial deal management across DSPs, SSPs, and/or programmatic partners.
  • Direct experience managing named DSP relationships, including onboarding new partners, negotiating complex agreements, and growing existing partnerships.
  • Established network within the streaming/CTV and programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage partnership economics - including investment tracking, ROI analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Skilled at bridging technical and commercial teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business impact.
  • Experience working across sales, technical sales, or business operations functions.
  • Understanding of data clean room use cases and their application to partnerships.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Solid understanding of privacy-first advertising and relevant industry regulations.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to assess partner performance, optimize investments, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
