Full job description

Why Join Us?

Check Point's Workspace Security team is hiring a Manager, SDRs – Americas to run a high-performing outbound team generating qualified pipeline across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role: daily call coaching, pipeline reviews, and funnel diagnostics - not just activity tracking. You'll report directly to the Global Head of Sales Development & SMB. You'll own the team's contribution to sales pipeline, set clear KPIs across activity, conversion, and opportunity quality, and build the operating rhythm that makes performance predictable rather than reactive.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Own

  • Pipeline generation — you and your team are accountable for qualified meeting and pipeline targets tied to Workspace Security revenue goals
  • Coaching — weekly 1:1s, call reviews, role-play, and individual development and career path plans; you diagnose where the funnel breaks (activity → connect → meeting → qualified opp) and fix it
  • Outbound strategy — cold call, email, LinkedIn, and account-based prospecting across assigned Americas territories
  • Cross-functional alignment — tight coordination with Sales Specialists and Leaders, Security Engineers, Channel/MSP and Marketing to keep SDR effort on the highest-value accounts
  • Performance management — create an environment centered on accountability, resilience, collaboration, recognition, continuous improvement, and winning as a team.
  • CRM discipline — accurate, timely Salesforce hygiene and forecasting visibility for leadership
  • Talent pipeline — recruit and ramp new SDRs with Talent Acquisition and HR; build the bench for future AE and GTM roles

What Success Looks Like

  • Monthly/quarterly qualified meetings quota achieved
  • Activity-to-meeting and meeting-to-qualified-opp conversion rates improving quarter over quarter
  • SDR ramp time shortening and team attainment trending up
  • Clean CRM data and reliable forecasting

What We Offer

  • Competitive base + performance-based incentives
  • Ownership of a core piece of the Workspace Security Americas GTM engine
  • Direct exposure to Enterprise deals, security engineers, and channel partners
  • Career path into Sales, Account Management, or broader GTM leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Sales Development, BDR, Inside Sales, or tech sales
  • 2+ years directly managing an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales team
  • A track record of turning around underperforming reps with specific, measurable coaching — not just activity mandates
  • Fluency with Salesforce and sales engagement tooling
  • Cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B tech experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable operating with urgency in a fast-moving, quota-driven environment
