Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end test strategies (functional, regression, API validation in Dev/ SIT/ UAT environments)

• Develop and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks and API test scripts

• Perform continuous testing and support CI/CD integration

• Manage test execution, track defects, and drive resolution

• Configure test data and environments to support releases

• Participate in code reviews and quality improvement initiatives

• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

This role requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role also requires 5 days away mandated per quarter by the client.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Selenium Automation

• At least 3 years of API Testing experience (REST/Soap tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)

• Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) & regression testing.

• Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing practices.

• Experience in Payments Domain.
