Job Description

Join JPMorganChase's Corporate Finance Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team, where you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of regulatory submissions across U.S. and International markets. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of governance, operational risk, and executive reporting within the Office of the CFO. You'll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive disciplined control frameworks that underpin the firm's regulatory reporting infrastructure.

As a Data Integrity & Governance Analyst within Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA), you will lead governance execution across key operational risk and control domains, ensuring a consistent and repeatable approach to planning, delivery, and oversight of recurring control activities. You will serve as a central coordination point for cross-functional stakeholders, driving clarity of ownership, managing dependencies, and translating complex operational activity into executive-ready communications for senior leadership. You will also oversee governance for critical enablement platforms and tooling, maintaining disciplined documentation and evidence management to an audit-ready standard.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance execution across key operational risk and control domains, ensuring a consistent, repeatable approach to planning, delivery, and oversight of recurring control activities and management reporting.

  • Own the end-to-end operating rhythm for core control deliverables, including periodic performance/risk indicators, senior management updates, thematic reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities, ensuring outcomes are delivered on schedule and to an audit-ready standard.

  • Oversee governance for critical enablement platforms and tooling, providing structured intake, triage, and lifecycle support (e.g., onboarding, registration, maintenance, controlled deactivation) and producing periodic insight packs for senior forums.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on shared control and assurance topics, driving clarity of ownership, dependency management, issue resolution, and timely escalation for urgent matters (e.g., deadlines, production-impacting items, senior management asks).

  • Maintain disciplined documentation and evidence management, ensuring materials, decisions, and supporting artifacts are centrally stored, easily retrievable, and suitable for independent review.

  • Provide executive-ready communication and decision support, translating complex operational activity into concise status, risks/issues, and forward plans for leadership consumption.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrate 1+ years of experience in governance, operational risk, controls, or regulatory reporting within financial services

  • Apply strong knowledge of control frameworks, risk management principles, and audit-readiness standards

  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail

  • Communicate complex operational information clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats for senior leadership audiences

  • Coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams, driving accountability and issue resolution without direct authority

  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and executive presentations

  • Maintain disciplined documentation practices with the ability to produce materials suitable for independent review

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Possess direct experience with U.S. or international regulatory reporting processes and submissions

  • Demonstrate familiarity with GRC platforms, workflow management tools, or strategic reporting systems

  • Apply experience supporting or participating in regulatory examinations, internal audits, or compliance reviews

  • Leverage knowledge of data sourcing, data quality frameworks, or data governance principles

  • Operate effectively in large, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes

  • Develop and deliver process improvement initiatives that enhance governance or control effectiveness

  • Hold a relevant certification such as CPA, FRM, or equivalent professional credential
