  • Incorporate validated stakeholder feedback into recommendations, finalize business cases, and build alignment around the proposed course of action.

  • Enhance and maintain the tools, data, and processes used for network modeling and project assessment, including improvements identified through the team’s multi-year capability roadmap and change-the-business initiatives.

  • Evaluate emerging analytical tools and optimization capabilities and recommend adoption when they can improve analytical quality, speed, scalability, or decision support.

Develop Team Capability and Technical Proficiency

  • Develop and update training materials and onboarding plans as needed.

  • Provide coaching to peers and others and conduct training during the onboarding of new team members

  • Direct experience applying network-optimization methods and translating model outputs into business recommendations.

  • Experience developing financial analyses and business cases for capital or operational decisions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define analytical scenarios, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend a course of action.

  • Ability to synthesize large and varied data sets into clear insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling recommendations for senior and executive audiences.
