Facilities Associate – Keep Operations Running Smoothly!
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6a-2:30p
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary
We are now hiring a Facilities Associate to support our client IDEXX , a reputable and innovative organization in Westbrook. This position pays $18.50/hour and is a long‑term assignment .

Typical daily duties:

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas

Wet/dry cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces using commercial equipment

Collecting, separating, and disposing of solid and recycled waste

Reporting maintenance needs and following safety/security protocols

Assisting with office moves and basic facility repairs
What we’re looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
-
Previous experience in janitorial/facilities, custodial, or building maintenance
-
Knowledge of building services or trade-specific skills/knowledge
-
Strong time management and attention to detail
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written procedures
