The Parker Hannifin's Corporate Internship Program was established in 1978 to identify and develop college students who show promise of being productive Parker Team Members by providing real-world experience in disciplines critical to Parker's business. As an intern, you will gain experience while supporting the Parker Corporate trade Compliance Department's function.
Responsibilities
-
Review and evaluate export denied party screening
-
Organize and set up international documents to comply with US Customs requirements

Update addresses, contacts and communicate changes on facility list

Assist and direct customs brokers with import clearance questions

Run and compare US Customs reports
-
SharePoint and PowerBI maintenance
-
Assist with trade compliance projects
We seek interns who will make meaningful contributions in support of our service to our customers and the company's Win Strategy.
Qualifications
-
In-person role based out of Cleveland, OH
-
Ability to work full-time during non-college period
-
Ability to work part-time during college period
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a specialization or concentration in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field at an accredited 4-yr college or university
-
Have completed at least two years of college
-
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.7

Have completed courses in Supply Chain Management

Excellent oral and written communication skills
