Maintenance Specialist

This is a part time position working 24 hours per week. Starting date: Immediately. The Maintenance Specialist will maintain the community's equipment, structures, operating systems, and grounds while providing friendly and professional services for our residents. Performs daily walkthroughs of the facility and addresses any malfunctions in need of prompt repair and janitorial issues. Responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new move-ins, responds to assigned service requests, and assists in coordinating preventative maintenance. - Candidates must be skilled in general maintenance and lawn care experience. - Be a positive team player with excellent people skills, the ability to communicate and work professionally with all residents and co-workers with a positive attitude while motivating and influencing others. - Provides amazing customer service on a daily basis. - Twelve (12) months of experience. - This position requires maintaining a valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance at all times.
