Role summary:
The Senior Coordinator, Business Support plays a critical role in facilitating efficient business operations by managing priorities, deadlines, and communications across teams and leadership. This position supports the implementation of business solutions through data analysis, process coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management for leadership, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting. The role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adherence to ethical standards while driving continuous improvement and supporting a positive work environment aligned with company values.
About the team:
The East Coast Facilities team is committed to delivering a seamless and productive workplace experience for associates. They manage daily office operations and collaborate closely with the Hospitality team to coordinate meetings, room setups, events, and activations. Focused on responsiveness and collaboration, the team ensures workplaces are safe, functional, and well-prepared each day. Their hands-on approach emphasizes attention to detail, recognizing that effective facilities support enables both associates and business success. This team values clear communication, coordination, and a solution-oriented mindset to maintain an optimal work environment.
What you'll do:

Manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to complete complex assignments.

Gather and analyze data to identify trends, support business solutions, and recommend improvements within business areas.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and expenses for leadership, ensuring preparation materials and scheduling needs are met efficiently.

Communicate progress, provide updates, and resolve issues by verifying data accuracy and conducting basic statistical analysis.

Support implementation of new processes and initiatives, ensuring clear communication of changes to leadership and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and business partners to achieve organizational objectives.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
