This role focuses on B2C communications to our clients’ eligible employees across web, mobile apps, and in-gym digital experiences. As an individual contributor, you’ll own the lifecycle marketing roadmap and set priorities in partnership with the Vice President of Operations, using member insights and performance data to improve activation, engagement, and retention. You’ll also manage campaign execution directly in Iterable.

You’ll support member acquisition and client launches using existing marketing assets and an established playbook. The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing is a remote role and reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and performance goals for member onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.

  • Build and manage email, push notification, and in-app campaigns in Iterable, including copywriting and scheduling.

  • Design and optimize automated journeys using audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalization.

  • Maintain campaign quality standards and perform quality assurance across audience targeting, journey logic, personalization, links, and message rendering.

  • Identify opportunities to experiment with messaging, timing, targeting, and journey design, using campaign results to guide ongoing improvements.

  • Lead cross-functional lifecycle initiatives with product, content, coaching, and data partners, aligning stakeholders on priorities and measurement needs.

  • Communicate lifecycle performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership to inform engagement priorities.

  • Support client launches using existing acquisition assets and the established playbook, including presenting materials alongside client-facing partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, including ownership of strategy and hands-on execution for a mobile app or comparable digital product.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Iterable experience, with the ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns and automated journeys.

  • Demonstrated success improving activation, engagement, or retention through segmentation, personalization, and multichannel lifecycle programs.

  • Experience setting marketing priorities, defining performance goals, and using structured experimentation to guide decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign results and communicate recommendations to leadership.

  • Strong QA skills and attention to detail across campaign setup and delivery.

  • Excellent copywriting and presentation skills, including comfort presenting marketing materials to clients.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, build alignment with partners, and independently balance strategic planning with campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing to employees through an employer-sponsored benefit or another B2B2C model.

  • Experience partnering with technical or data teams on event tracking and campaign data requirements.

  • Interest in health, wellness, sports, or fitness.
