Description
We're partnering with a growing company seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will work closely with accounting, sales, and operations teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions, improve profitability, and support overall business performance.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.

Perform cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
-
Conduct inventory valuations and analyze inventory variances.
-
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
-
Analyze sales trends, pricing, and operational performance.
-
Create and maintain reports using advanced Excel functions.
-
Assist with inventory counts, internal controls, and process improvements.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or cost accounting.
-
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
-
Experience with inventory accounting and variance analysis preferred.
-
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
-
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Kinius, or similar preferred).
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Ability to work onsite and collaborate across departments.
